The feed conveyor is widely used because it can adopt different feeding ways to meet the requirements of the input quantity and charging rate, so as to achieve the stable material delivery. What are the types of feeding modes commonly used in the feed conveyor?

First of all, the feed conveyor can achieve a multi-point loading, but it must be manually adjusted. When only one inlet of the feed conveyor is opened at any given time, the gate or switching device should be restricted to not allow the conveyor to overload at the maximum opening.

When more than one feed inlet of the feed conveyor is required, careful adjustment must be made to limit the flow of each feed port so that the total amount does not exceed the design capacity superior limit of the conveyor. The total material flow must be controlled when multiple feed ports need to be fully opened and fed to the conveyor.

Secondly, the feed conveyor can also load from the fixed storage bin, in order to avoid overloading. There is also a tilting load, which is a feeding method provided by the feed bin, hopper, charging bucket or charging barrel to the feed conveyor, which is unloaded into the conveyor by the weight of the stored material. At the same time, the rotation direction of the feed conveyor is towards the opening, which helps to ensure the constant flow of material.

In addition, the feed conveyor can realize the fixed charge, and the screw feeder composed of the special designed screw seal in the tubular tank can make the material output from the feed bin at the preset velocity. The output material quantity is irrelevant to the material height under the feeding mode.
