1. Conveying trough and balance base

The conveying trough (bearing carrier, Groove body) and the balance base (base) are two main components in the vibrating conveyor system. The trough body transports the material, the base body mainly balances the inertia force of the groove, and reduces the dynamic load transmitted to the foundation.

2. Vibrator

Vibration Exciter is the power source of vibrating conveyor and the exciting force which produces periodical change, so that the conveying groove and the balance frame produce continuous vibration parts, which can be divided into mechanical, electromagnetic, hydraulic and pneumatic types. The magnitude of the excitation force directly affects the amplitude of the conveying tank.

3. Main vibration spring and vibration isolation Spring

The main vibration spring and the vibration isolation spring are the elastic elements in the vibrating conveyor system. Main vibration Spring's function: The main vibration spring supports the conveying trough, usually tilts the installment, the oblique inclination angle is the beta (vibration angle), its function is causes the vibrating conveyer to have the suitable near resonance work point, facilitates the system the kinetic energy and the potential energy mutually transforms, utilizes the vibration power effectively. The function of a vibration-isolating spring: support, and can reduce the dynamic load transmitted to the base or frame.

4. Guide Rod

The role of the guide rod is to make the groove body and the chassis along the center line perpendicular to the guide rod as the relative vibration, it through the rubber hinge with the trough body and the chassis connection.

5. Feeding device and discharging device

The feeding device and the discharging device are used to control the flow of the material and are usually soft connected with the trough body.
