Usage
LS Series double shafted screw conveyor or twin shafted screw conveyor is application in continuous transporting for powder,granule,and small bulk materials.Unsuitable for deterioration ,sticky or glutinous and lumpish materials. It is widely used in metallurgy,chemical,building plant and steel factories .

Drive device: including gearbox,torque coupling,frame,motor.
feeding point and discharging point .
screw body: including head & tail bearing,screw flight,trough body,cover,support frame,etc
How does screw conveyor work
As the fixed center shaft with screw flight rotate in the trough, materials which fall into the trough rotate with screw flights.During running,both materials and screw flights are held back by friction resistance acted on the wall of trough .Then screw flight push materials and make materials do axial movement.Finally,materials will be discharged at the proper discharging point at the bottom of trough or discharged at the end of trough.
