Main technical request from the buyer

● Capacity : 12M3/H,the bulk density of graphite powder is 0.5-0.6t/m3,particle diameter : 50-80 mesh,lubrication by itself,good flowability. The output capacity is more than 6T/H.

● Motor is frequency inverter type,outdoor,protection class is IP65,voltage is 380V,5-50HZ,three phase,five wires

● Both ends bearings are external type,so as to prevent any graphite powder from reaching inside bearings,so as to leave a connection port of sealing.

● PTFE Construction materials :contacted graphite powder’s parts are stainless steel 304,other parts are carbon steel ( with anti-corrosive painting ),sealing gasket is PTFE

● Feeding inlet is square shape with detachable cover ),the connection port size is DN350mm.

● Set up the straight belt steel at the discharging outlet

● There exist a big silo whose storage volume is 300 cubic meters. Under the silo ,there exist a set of slide gate valve which is used for inspection.

Packing & Shipping on tubular screw conveyor

There exist some usual packing ways :

● Usually if there only 1-2 set of screw conveyor ,we adopt plywood case for packing;

● If there exist 5-10 sets of screw conveyors,we use steel frame or steel pallet for packing;

● If some light spare parts ,we use paper carton as packing. Such as sealing gasket ,skeleton oil seal,etc.
